Here at BASU.COM, we designate one day out of each month to be all about you: our valued customers! Each team member sits down at the beginning of the day with a list of customers to call and chat with. We wish we could call every single new customer from the previous month, but we each call a set number to reach as many as possible. We want to clarify that the call is all about you, not about sales or anything we can get from you, just about you and your experience. We ask about your product, how you like it, if you’d have any suggestions for us to improve your user experience, anything else you’d like for us to provide, and any questions you may have about your product or for us.
Once our calling session is over, we break to go over the feedback we’ve received, thinking about how we can improve our products and services for our customers based on your thoughts, questions, and suggestions. Team B A S U will meet a few times throughout the day to share our thoughts and to brainstorm how we can improve our policies, products, and procedures for you!
Each team member prioritizes these tasks during Customer Appreciation Day because we all understand how valuable our customers and their experiences are. Our team is 100% dedicated to your satisfaction and we wholeheartedly participate in this day in order to achieve just that. Team B A S U wants all of our customers to know how special their experience and feedback are, which is why we try to call as many of our customers as possible. How else can we demonstrate how much we value our customers?
